So, here's a Chicago-style hot dog! It has onions, relish, tomatoes, peppers, a REALLY BIG pickle, mustard, and I don't know what else. Harold loved it. The kids all raved about this place having the BEST hot dogs they'd ever eaten. Harold was the only one who ordered it like this, though. Most of the kids got them with chili and cheese. Lena told me I had to learn to make hot dogs like these. (Hers was plain.) Thanks, Tony for the recommendation! We loved Portillo's--it's a fun place.
